The project was awarded to Cat Works, LLC., start date was February 9th. Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvement of Broadway Street within the City of Vancouver including pavement utility adjustments, planing, paving, curb ramps, striping, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 1343 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main. The sewer will be installed within the existing City of Vancouver Sanitary Sewer right-of-way, including all laterals, manholes, and all appurtenances as shown on the plans and specified herein. This work will include Abandoning in place 1390 lineal feet of 8-inch of existing gravity sewer main and decommission 6 existing manholes per City of Vancouver Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish and install 198 linear feet of 4-inch, 203 linear feet of 6-inch, 275 linear feet of 8-inch, 1033 linear feet of 12-inch, 48 linear feet of 16-inch and 35 linear feet of 18-inch ductile iron water main. Also, furnish and install fittings, valves and all appurtenances as shown on the plans and specified herein.
