THE PROJECT INTENT IS TO BUILDOUT AN EXISTING SHELL SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE A NEW SIEMENS EQUIPMENT FOR HOSPITAL USE. THE NEXARIS - ZEE CEILING - CT SLIDING GANTRY EQUIPMENT LAYOUT REQUIRES AN EXTENSIVE REVISION TO THE EXISTING ROOM 3.222. THIS WILL EFFECT THE EXISTING SECOND FLOOR BIO MED WORK, THIRD FLOOR SHELL SPACE, CONTROL ROOM, I.R. SUPPLY, AND SOILED WORK ROOM. THE CONTRACTOR TO WORK WITH THE OWNER ON HOSPITAL SCHEDULE DURING CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION. ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY, MEP TIE-IN WORK, CORE DRILLING AND OTHER NOISE DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITIES NEED TO BE COORDINATED WITH THE HOSPITAL.
