Saving Project...

Renovation of an office development in Pacifica, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Estimated costs: $40,000 for the Public Works Office $45,000 for the Pier Café Base Bid - Demo roof to existing structural deck, demo existing edge metal, demo wood panel siding and cut back fascia board to accommodate new roof at roof transition, demo wood post and install galvanize steel post welded to base plate (add blocking under deck and attach post to blocking), cut back fascia board to deck level, install 1/2 " Densdeck coverboard, install SA Base Sheet, install torch applied cap sheet and flashing, install new aluminum edge metal, gutters, downspouts and flues. All questions regarding the project shall be submitted via email to donguinesr@ci.pacifica.ca.us and will be answered and forwarded to the plan holder list. A Class C-39 or appropriate specialty contractor's license is required for this contract. Said bids, after being publicly opened, examined and declared, will be calculated by the Engineer, their report returned to the City Clerk, and the report of the results of the bidding and the calculations of the Engineer will be reported to the City Council of the City of Pacifica at the next regular meeting thereof.
