The City of Pacifica (City) invites electrical and instrumentation vendors (Consultant) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the short list of prequalified firms to provide electrical and instrumentation services on as-needed basis to ongoing wastewater operations at Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant (CCWRP) and its collection system. The City of Pacifica (City) operates the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant (CCWRP) and its Collection System. In order to provide optimal operational service levels to the facilities and provide efficient, cost-effective operations, the City wishes to obtain a On-Call Electrical and Instrumentation services from qualified firms. These firms will be selected to provide on-call electrical and/or instrumentation services to support the ongoing wastewater operations at CCWRP and its collection system. Moreover, all interested firms shall have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized consultants and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings.
