Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Norman, Oklahoma. Design plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project.
The Phase 2 Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Improvements were completed in December 2017. As a part of the improvements, a room in the Main Control Building used for storage of critical spare parts was converted to an electrical room for the new sludge dewatering centrifuges. The WRF is now in need of additional storage for its expanded inventory of critical spare parts as well as providing space out of the ioften inclement weather to perform maintenance on equipment. A new Maintenance Building is now needed since there is no other available space in existing on-site WRF buildings for this purpose. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 29 , 2025 , further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
