Renovation of a recreation facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
As of April 14, 2022, this project is under construction. *Public information validates this project is under construction. Additional information will not be provided. The work to be performed under this section shall include clearing the premises of all obstacles and obstructions, the removal of which will be necessary for the proper reception, construction, execution and completion of the other work included in this contract. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary to accomplish all clearing and grubbing work indicated on or required by the drawings to facilitate construction of the proposed work. Work shall include but shall not be limited to the following: 1. Clearing and grubbing. 2. Dust control. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to carry out the safe removal, clean-up, proper handling, transportation and disposal of lead paint and associated debris in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning lead, including all incidental and pertinent operations. The lead work shall generally include the demolition of lead painted building components. Brown paint on the wood ceiling and beam was identified as lead based paint in the Inspection Report for Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint prepared by EnviroQuest,
