Site work for a municipal facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of January 16, 2025, project award has been identified. Site preparation for St. John's Village Shelter. o Selective demolition of existing site features. o Construction of site paving, curbs, ramps, foundations, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, utilities, and covered bicycle parking structure o Clearing and level grading in defined construction areas. Presume pod pads are 4" of compacted 3/4 Minus. Mods will require structural footings yet to be designed and provided by Mods PDX. o Coordination of fence contractor under separate contract. o All site utility hook ups electrical, water, sanitary sewer. Connect utility stub ups to modular. Confirm common trench under pathways for water/sewer/electric where applicable, will impact trench depth requirement(s). Power only at each POD location. o Minor finish work at modular drywall patching, painting, trim work, flash parapets and heat weld all TPO roofing membrane at connection seams. Install 8" lap siding, provided by Mods PDX. Provide downspouts to connect between scupper box and site stormwater line. Mods PDX will assist in providing direction. Provide gutters and downspouts at all Pods. Connect electrical power to exterior junction box at each Pod. Mods PDX will assist in providing direction.
