For those Bidders who are not prequalified with ODOT or not prequalified in the applicable Class or Classes of Work specified in the Special Provisions, in order for the Bidder's Bid to be considered, the Bidder must submit a Prequalification Application or an Amendment to ODOT at least 10 days before Bid Opening. The bidder should also submit a copy of the Application or Amendment submitted to ODOT, to the Multnomah County Purchasing Office with the bid.
