All proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Certified Check or Bank Draft, Letter of Credit issued by any national bank or approved Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the project. All proposal guarantees shall be made outto the County of Shelby. Main Street, 5thFloor Memphis, TN 3810 The deadline for submitting questions will be March 8, 2021 @12:00 p.m.(CST) substantial completion within 540 days from official Notice to Proceed. An actual timeline will be presented by the awarded vendor and mutually agreed upon between the vendor and County. Liquidated Damages will be included in the contractual language, but will likely be in the range of $250-$500 per day.
