Bidders Qualifications: To allow the University to evaluate bidders, each bidder must submit with its bid, a Contractors Special Statement of Experience. Documentation that the bidder has successfully completed the following: a. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) comparable projects with a construction value of $95,000 or greater, completed in the past five (5) years that demonstrate the bidders ability to successfully complete the project with respect to project size, cost, use, complexity, etc. DO NOT include projects currently under construction. b. All submitted projects must be within the immediate nine Bay Area counties. 2. Include the following for each project: (a) project name, (b) project address, (c) owners name, (d) contract value at award, (e) total Change Order value, (f) completion date, (g) Owners Representative email address and current phone number and (h) brief scope. 3. All projects on all UC Campuses and National Labs (LBNL, LLNL) within the last 5 years.
