Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of aeration basins and digesters to increase capacity from 0.12 mgd to 0.24 mgd along with necessary yard piping and blower. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and all labor and superintendence necessary for construction of the work described herein. The completed work shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary for proper and useful operation of the facility. The work, in general, consists of the following: A. Installation of Foundation for Package Wastewater Treatment Plant. B. Construction of Package Wastewater Treatment Units. C. Installation of Multi-Stage Centrifugal Blower. D. Installation System Piping for Expansion. E. Connection of Basins to Existing Treatment Units. F. Testing of Constructed Facilities. G. SIte clean up and restoration.
