Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct all mechanical, structural, and piping improvements required to rehabilitate and improve operation of the existing reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate treatment facility, a hydrogen sulfide stripping and scrubber treatment system, including degasifier nozzles replacement, degasifier access panel modifications, RO concentrate sample modifications, scrubber pump piping modifications, RO concentrate influent piping replacement at acid injection location, scrubber recirculation pumps VFD installation, spare VFD removal, existing scrubber control panel modifications, wiring and conduit installation, including all related electrical, mechanical, structural, and piping improvements as shown on the plans and in these specifications to provide a complete and functional hydrogen sulfide stripping and scrubber treatment system. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
