Renovation of an educational facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Division of Facilities Development, hereinafter termed DFD, hereby announces that it is advertising for bids from certified contractors for the above project. In general the work consists of: The removal and replacement of twelve (12) existing unit ventilators in classroom spaces and three (3) cabinet unit heaters that serve bathrooms spaces. All the project work is located in the PEPC building on the east side of the campus for the Wisconsin School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply.
