For Turtle Mountain Housing Authority Roof Renovation Removal of 2,250 SF of roofing, flashing and fascia to existing cover board. Replace with fully adhered EPDM roofing including additional insulation and rood edge blocking. Project includes replacement of wall facias panels, soffit system and new in soffit lights. To substantially complete the Work in the Base Bid by 60 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Single combined Bids will be received from qualified Bidders for all portions of the work. The successful Bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project. BID SECURITY.
