The expected outcomes of this project are to provide the City the ability to: Make an informed and educated determination of the size and location for the new police department facility, Share a concept design, cost, and schedule with elected officials and the voting public to facilitate understanding and visualization of the proposed project, Apply for grants and other funding opportunities to assist with the cost of a design-build project to construct the new police facility. The current need for the Police Department (PD) is to accommodate all PD operations in one, cost effective location. The study is to include security related features and needs specific to efficient law enforcement operations with adaptability for the future.
