Replace metal roofing at the City of Delta animal control building. Installation to Include: A. Provide and install a new high quality Glue down LVT flooring. B. Provide and install all new cove base in the dining area, Hallway, entryway. C. Provide and install subfloor if needed D. Provide and install all needed transition strips E. Remove existing VCT flooring. F. Remove carpeting in front entry area G. Install a non-slip rubber flooring -Provided by the customer The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without disclosing the reason therefore, to waive any information in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of the City Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by email to rod@cityofdelta.net and must be submitted by August 28th, 2023, at 3:00 pm. Any questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Bidder's company name, address, phone and fax number, and contact person must be included with the questions or comments.
