The Contractor shall provide the following Scope of Work at the six locations: 1. Manhole and stop log replacement at both locations 1 and 2 (anaerobic to facultative). This configuration will remain the same; an HDPE-lined concrete manhole for both locations, with a concrete stop log control structure. These manholes will be purchased by Parkland County prior to contract award for use in this project. 2. Manhole replacement with the isolation valve outside of the manhole (direct bury) for locations 3 (facultative to storage 1) and 4 (storage 1 to storage 2). This configuration will change the input pipe to come from the bottom of the manhole with a gooseneck and drop structure; manhole material will be PVC. These manholes will be purchased by Parkland County prior to contract award for use in the project. 3. Investigative work of the equalizer pipe between storage cell 1 and storage cell 1a for location 5. Once the cell is drained the equalizer pipe will be accessible and needs to be investigated to determine if the pipe is still in good condition and free of any blockages. CCTV inspection is a provisional item. 4. Valve addition and piping reconfiguration for location 6 (outfall manhole). The lagoon is expected to remain in service throughout construction and the contractor will need to coordinate isolation of work areas to facilitate continuous operation of the lagoon. The Contractor will be responsible for providing pumps and pumping the cells out in order to isolate the cell they are working on.
