As of As of April 26, 2023, a group of design firms has been warded for this solicitation. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act, the City of Sunrise is seeking to engage the services of qualified firms or individuals to provide Continuing Professional Engineering Consulting Services for Water, Wastewater, Wastewater Reuse, and Natural Gas Utilities Infrastructure Projects and Other Services for the City of Sunrise Utilities Department. The City is seeking the services of at least three (3) multiple disciplined, full-service Engineering Consultants with extensive expertise in technical, administrative, operational and financial aspects of public water, wastewater, wastewater reuse, and natural gas utilities. The scope of work is presently planned to consist of the following: The firms will perform engineering consulting services of a specified nature, in support of planned infrastructure improvements for replacement and renewal, and growth-oriented projects. The initial term of the agreement will be for five (5) years, with up to five (5) additional one (1) year renewals at the City's option. Deadline for Questions Day/Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2020 Time: 12:00 Noon The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, request resubmissions and to enter into negotiations with Respondents as warranted. The City reserves the right to award a contract to those firms whose submissions are most advantageous to and in the best interest of the City. The City shall be the sole judge of which submission(s) is/are in its best interest. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
