Washington Township Supervisors are requesting separate proposals for General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Electrical Construction, and HVAC Construction for this project. Construction consists of Single Story (12,121 Square foot office building and 3,589 square foot detached pole barn/car port building) wood frame, load bearing CMU walls, wood truss roof, Standing seam metal roof, CMU and metal wall panel exterior, with Plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Site work is to be bid as "unclassified" to 6'-0" below footings.
