The roofing contractor will replace the high-rise upper roof, central roof, and Community Center roof of the Astor Dowdy Towers building. This includes removing existing roof surfaces and insulation down to the existing roof decks and installing new R-30 insulation, 60-mil membranes, and underlayment. The roofing contractor will provide and install new coping and/or edge metal to match existing applications and, once new roofing is installed, conduct a leak test for the Contract Administrator and HPHA to demonstrate that there is no leaking or ponding.
