Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Inkom, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of constructing approximately 2,800 lineal feet of concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk along the north edges of Rapid Creek Road and Roosevelt Avenue including pavement saw cutting, excavation, curb and gutter and sidewalk construction, asphalt pavement and gravel patching, limited storm drainage, and other related work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to City of Inkom in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidder shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder as evidenced by a certificate of insurance. This project is funded in part by funds distributed through the Idaho Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) who is not a party to this Invitation to Bid or any resulting contract. Idaho requirements for public works contracting will apply. Prevailing wage rates are not required. Award of the contract will be contingent upon compliance with Idaho public works contracting requirements, bid requirements, and available project funding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids as set forth above. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner. The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 19, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 2, 2022.
