Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For RFP D/B - Electronic Air Cleaning Systems Various Buildings The Air-Quality Cleaning system shall be designed, provided and installed by contractor and trades people experienced in the design and installation of similar systems. Each bid for which the aggregate amount for all items bid exceeds $25,000, must contain a certified check, cashier's check or draft for 5% of the amount ofthe bid, (including "add alternates"), such check or draft to be certified or issued by either a state or national bank and payable to the School District; or in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent ( 10%) ofthe amount ofthe bid (including "add alternates"); such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in this state and payable to the School District. The certified check, cashier's check, draft or bid bond guarantees the execution of a contract and shall be held by the School District until the contract is executed. Faxed or emailed bid security will not be accepted (SDCL 5-18B-2 and 13-20-7).
