The site of the work is located Road 207 between Highway 30 and Highway 26 in Deuel and Garden Counties of Nebraska. The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows: Full depth reclamation and asphalt paving of highway roadway for approximately 10 miles. Work is preferred to be completed this fall. Contractor may submit schedule with their bid documents. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received. Plans and specifications shipped ground will be charged an extra $15.
