Scope of Work In 2017, the City of Trenton received a $200,000 USEPA petroleum cleanup grant for the site. The primary goals for this funding, as represented by this scope of work, is to: Remove existing LNAPL known to exist on and below the water table (depth to water table typically ranges from 6.0 to 7.5 feet below grade); and Remove potential LNAPL sources as represented by EPH concentrations exceeding 17,000 mg/kg Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975,c127(N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq) No Pre-bid Is Required Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) (50% or more ownership)
