Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Shiloh, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,852-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and road / highway.
The City of Shiloh will accept sealed proposals for the construction of a new municipal building. The work will consist of all site work, grading, and construction of a structure approximately 133' x 44' OA. Questions concerning the project may be directed to Richard Scott at 706.846.3814 or email cityofshilohga@gmail.com The proposal should include all materials, labor, and equipment to construct the proposed building to include: Grading and site prep, footings and foundations, 4" concrete floor throughout, exterior walls, vapor barriers, all exterior trim, doors and windows, and garage doors with openers, framed interior walls as indicated on drawings, roughed in plumbing for entire building per drawings, plumbing stubbed out 5' from building to connect to septic tank and water supply. Roofing, vapor barriers, all exterior trim, doors and windows, garage doors w/openers will be included in the base proposal. Rough electrical work will include 2 UG meter boxes w/disconnects, two 200 amp main panels, and wiring run to locations per drawing. The area marked "Post Office" will have a dedicated electrical panel and be metered separately for the potential future site of a postal facility. Boxes for switches, receptacles, HVAC, and lighting will be mounted with wiring run to the box, but no light fixtures, receptacles, or switches will be required.
