The Borough of Roselle Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waiver any informalities in the bidding. Under this Contract, this item shall mean that the Contractor shall provide a safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians for ingress and egress to properties abutting the right-of-way within the limits ofthe project, when the Contractor is unable to utilize flagmen for traffic control. Traffic Directors shall be off-duty Police Officers from within the Municipality of where the work is being performed. The Traffic Directors shall be located in a strategic location as determined by the Municipal Traffic Officer and/or Engineer in order to safely and efficientlycontrol traffic during construction hours.
