Renovation of a municipal facility in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the division of work bid for this project. In general, the work consists of: removal and replacement of the low slope roof roofing system and inspect the condition of the insulation under the existing roofing membrane. Roof insulation, metal edging, roof vents, roof drains will be replaced, mechanical units raised, reset and new overflow scuppers will be added Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work.
