Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the Lyncourt Union Free School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Cathy Marchese by telephone at 315.455.7571. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
