As of November 5,2020 the project is in the Award process phase to CDE Electric Inc. Towns have passed resolutions to move forward to contract with CDE for the work. We do not yet have start dates established at this point and time. The Town of Rosendale is requesting bids for Contract 3E to implement and construct a new propane generator system at the Town Recreation Facilities Bathhouse, located at 1055 NYS Route 32 in the Town. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to include, but not limited to, Subsurface Utility Engineering & Location (SUE Level B) services required to locate all buried utilities in areas of construction, new generator, concrete mounting pad, connection to existing propane service and trenching new underground propane piping to new generator location, pulling conductors in existing 2-inch conduit from the generator location to the existing manual transfer switch in Bathhouse, miscellaneous electrical items, chain link fencing, startup & training of the new standby generator system with Town designated staff. The Towns of Rosendale & Marbletown are requesting bids for Contract 4E to implement and construct a new propane generator system at the Rondout Valley Municipal Center, located at 1915 Lucas Ave Ext, Cottekill, NY 12419. This facility is shared space used for municipal operations for both Towns. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to include, but not limited to, Subsurface Utility Engineering & Location (SUE Level B) services required to locate all buried utilities in areas of construction, new generator, concrete mounting pad, propane service and trenching new underground propane piping to new generator location, trenching & backfilling, duct bank, pulling conductors conduit from the generator location into the existing Mechanical Room, automatic transfer switch, miscellaneous electrical items, chain link fencing, startup & training of the new standby generator system with Town designated staff. This project is being financed by the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery. Attention of bidders is particularly called to Section 3 Requirements, M/WBE goals, Federal Labor Standards and wage rates, online reporting requirements using Elations System, Inc. and GOSR Supplementary Contract Conditions. The Town of Rosendale & Marbletown reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids submitted.
