Site work and paving for a road / highway in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of furnishing labor, material and equipment to perform concrete pavement repairs and drainage structure repairs on I-375. The intent is to patch the worst areas of pavement. It is anticipated to include upwards of 100+ individual patch locations. The Engineer will mark the patch locations once traffic control is in place for the specified segment. Deadline for bidders to submit questions about this RFP March 7, 2023 12:00 pm Eastern Time Deadline for bidders to submit questions about this RFP. . Bidder questions about this RFP must be emailed to the Solicitation Manager at TholeR@michigan.gov Anticipated date the State will post answers to bidder questions March 8 The price proposal should be saved separately from all other proposal documents. Bidder's failure to submit a proposal as required may result in disqualification. To avoid disqualification, the bidder must provide documentation to support the following: MDOT Construction Prequalification in Category Ba for Concrete Pavement Patching and Widening. Only proposals meeting the mandatory minimum requirements will be considered for evaluation. The State reserves the right to issue a Clarification Request to a bidder to clarify its proposal if the State determines the proposal is not clear. Failure to respond to a Clarification Request timely may be cause for disqualification. All work must be complete by August 18, 2023
