Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lake Forest Park, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of August 4th,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 10,2025.** The successful contractor will supply all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to execute the plans to construct the SR 104 and 40th Place NE Roundabout Project located at the existing intersection of Ballinger Way NE, 40th Place NE. and NE 184th Street in Lake Forest Park all in accordance with the project specifications and plans. Construction for the SR 104 and 40th Place NE Roundabout Project is anticipated to begin in January of 2026. All contractor questions shall be sent to Katie Phillips, Project Manager, by email at round-about@cityoflfp.gov by Wednesday, June 25th. 2025 at 10:00a.m. An addendum containing a Q&A section will be issued by the City of Lake Forest Park on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The City of Lake Forest Park reserves the right to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible & responsive bid, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work to be per-formed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby.
