Professional services in support of project Osmond Elementary School Three Classroom Addition Osmond Elementary is bounded to the West by Highway 241, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the schools leach field both to the North and privateproperty to the South. These constraints have impacted the way Osmond has been added onto in thepast and have made the schools function less than optimal. Previous additions and renovations to theschool have created circulation issues within the building. The school is currently undersized by according to the School Facilities Commission square foot calendar and 14 students under capacity,the additional classroom space provides a total of 75 seats.Adding three classrooms (3,300 sf), restrooms and circulationspace not to exceed 4,945 square feet to the East side of the existing building and septic system upgrade
