Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Afton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The work includes, The FF&E for an eight classroom addition (8,148 sq. ft) involving: IT, AV and custodial equipment, plus furniture for each classroom. The IT includes smart TV's and coordinating carts. The AV equipment consists of microphones and receivers in the classroom including install. The custodial equipment is the floor cleaning equipment needed for the additional classrooms. The furniture consists of tables, desks, and chair need for teachers and students. Also included is the roller shades and cork boards needed for the classrooms and hallways. No prebid meeting. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Daniel Berens, AIA at GSG Architecture, DBA: Malone Belton Abel, PC at dberens@gsgarchitecture.com, with a copy to Warren Hicks at wahicks@lcsd2.org no later than 12:00 noon on November 10, 2022. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than November 15, 2022.
