Renovation of an educational facility in Afton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lincoln County School District No. 2 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Star Valley High School - Food Service Freezer Addition. The work includes, but is not limited to; An Addition of a Freezer, Privacy Screening, and Minor Interior Renovations with Selective Demolition, Concrete, Metal Fabrication, Waterproofing and Repellents, Thermal Insulation, Membrane Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Sectional Doors, Fixed Screening, Painting, Food Service, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All Questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted to Architect no later than 5:00 pm on June 30th, 2022. Est. Completion Date: July 7, 2023 Acceptance of Substantial Completion Date as Specified July 13th, 2023
