The facility is owned by the United States Forest Service, Bridger-Teton National Forest but is not limited to: removal and disposal of the existing shingle roofing, underlayment, roof accessories, soffits and flashing. Provide and install full roof ice and water shield underlayment, synthetic underlayment, flashing, soffits and standing seam metal roofing. The Contracting Officer (CO) reserves the right to withhold action on a submittal requiring coordination with other submittals until related submittals are received. Contract Time: Base bid: 60 calendar days The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
