Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Afton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 622-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Swift Creek School Food Service Freezer. The Project Scope Includes but is Not Limited to All Work Necessary to Complete Demolition of Existing Materials as Required for New, and the Supply and Installation of a New Panelized Freezer and Storage Room Conversion. Work Includes Selective Demolition, Concrete, Thermal Insulation, Gypsum, Metal Studs, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Hm Door and Frame, Food Service, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Other Miscellaneous Items Required to Complete Work in Full. This Project is to Be Awarded Under a Single Contract. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Maximum Amount of the Proposal. The Successful Bidder Shall Provide a One Hundred Percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The Bidder is Required to Comply With All Applicable Local, State, and Federal Laws. The Owner Reserves the Privilege of Rejecting Any or All Proposals, or Waiving Any Irregularities or Formalities in Any Proposal in the Bidding.
