Renovation of an educational facility in Afton, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 3,488-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
** As of April 17,2025 project is cancelled. because of lack of budget.** Site Address: 445 Swift Creek Lane The project scope includes but is not limited to all work necessary to complete the installation of a new steel and concrete floor structure, stairs, door and window openings, gypsum board and metal studs, interior finishes, acoustic panels, and athletic equipment. Including but not limited to mechanical, plumbing, electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. Lincoln County School District No. 2 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Star Valley High School Wrestling Room Renovation. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. The project scope includes but is not limited to all work necessary to complete the installation of a new steel concrete floor structure, stairs, door and window openings, gypsum board and metal studs, interior finishes, acoustic panels, athletic equipment, including, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full.
