Including but not limited to mechanical, plumbing, electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. Lincoln County School District No. 2 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Star Valley High School Wrestling Room Renovation. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
