As of July 14 the project has been put on hold until further notice. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project. MATERIALS INCLUDE: Approximately 53,500 SY Chip Seal and pavement re-striping. WORK DESCRIPTION: Street cleaning, weed removal and surface preparation, traffic control, chip sealing and pavement re-striping. When obtaining project bid documents, resident contractors and suppliers must indicate their residency status by providing their residency certification number. Certified resident suppliers shall submit a list of supplies and materials, specific to the project, which qualify to receive preference along with company contact names and phone numbers. Contact information from resident suppliers shall be available to resident contractors to use in preparing bids and meeting Wyoming statutory requirements. The OWNER reserves the right to reject all bids if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the City to do so and reserves the right to waive any formalities as provided by law. The completion date for this project is August 5, 2022.
