As of January 17, 2024, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however funding is allotted to fiscal year 2026. Bedford St. and Hartwell Ave. Long-Range Transportation Improvements. A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: For RFP Engineering - Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning and Landscape Architecture Services for the Hartwell Avenue / Bedford Street Commercial Corridor Services will determine the feasibility of and potential impacts associated with various lane configurations and intersection design alternatives along the Bedford Street and Hartwell Ave corridors.
