Munroe Center for the Arts Building Renovation - This request is to enable the Munroe Center for the Arts (MCA) to become ADA-compliant, including the installation of an elevator and the relocation of restrooms from the original floor plan to a new addition at the rear of the building. These renovations will take place on the first floor, where restrooms were designed for elementary school-aged children in the early 20th century.
