Site work for a water / sewer project in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to complete drainage improvements as described herein under the PHASE 2 CONTRACT #24-38. The work under the Base Bid includes but is not limited to, the selective demolition of an existing headwall and existing drainage pipe within a residential easement off of Oxbow Road, and along Oxbow and Constitution Road, installation of a new precast concrete headwall and wingwalls, 48", 36", and 12" reinforced concrete drainage pipe, precast concrete manholes and special drainage structures, 6" ductile iron water main and hydrant assembly, utility relocations, loam and seed restoration, invasive plant removal, temporary and permanent trench paving, traffic management, and all appurtenances and incidental work necessary to complete the construction, in the Town of Lexington All pre-bid questions concerning the contract documents and the work contained therein must be submitted in writing to, and received by, John Livsey P.E., Town Engineer via email at jlivsey@lexingtonma.gov, before Thursday January 18, 2024 Install new 36 and 48 in drain on town road. New headwall and other related utility work
