Contractors bidding on this Project must be prequalified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as prime contractors in the S1 work category. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10% of the bid amount and made payable to or naming as obligee Dauphin County Board of Commissioners. Dauphin County reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Dauphin County, and to reject any or all proposals.
