Hendry County is Seeking Engineering Firms Interested in Providing Professional Services in Construction Engineering Inspection Services for Curve Safety Improvements at Various Locations on Cr835 in Hendry County, Florida. Firms Submitting Must Have Expertise in Construction Engineering Inspection Services and Any Other Requirements That the Florida Department of Transportation (Fdot) May Impose in the Local Agency Participation (Lap) Agreement for This Project. Proposers Shall Have All Services Available in-house or May Propose Multiple Firms, Which Have Joined Together to Provide the Various Required Disciplinary Services in Order to Offer a Complete Submission. Individuals and Firms Properly Registered in the State of Florida Are Encouraged to Submit Their Qualifications for Consideration. All Submittals (See Section Iv, Submission Requirements) Received in Response to This Rfq Will Be Reviewed by a County Evaluation Committee. The Solicitation Does Not Commit Hendry County to Award Any Contracts, to Pay Any Costs Incurred in the Preparation of a Response to This Solicitation, or to Contract for Any Services. The County Retains the Right to Cancel This Solicitation or Reject Any or All Responses for Any Reason Set Forth in Hendry County Code Section 1-2-185(C)(3)a and May Choose to Re-procure at the Discretion of the Board of County Commissioners.
