Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Clewiston, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The removal and replacement of several culverts and all associated work, per the solicitation documents. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the Liquidated Damages amount is $75.00 per calendar day after final completion. Between substantial and final completion, damages are $25 per calendar day The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida. General Terms and Conditions, the Contractor shall furnish the Owner's Contract/Project Manager with a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond for any contracts regardless of value and shall be written by a Surety Company acceptable to Owner and authorized to do business in the State of Florida and signed by a Florida Licensed Resident Agent.
