Site work for a water / sewer project in Concord, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will involve the purchase and installation of four diesel generators and transfer switches. The construction will include the concrete generator pad, the transfer switch installation, and the complete wiring of the generators to the related facility to be served. The generator sizes are as follows: High Service Generator rated 2,500 KW/3,125 KVA. 4,160Y/ 2,300volt. ATS rated at 1,200 amps. High Service Building Generator rated at 750 KW/932 KVA, 480 Y/ 277 volt, 3 phase 4 wire. ATS rated at 1,600 amps. Reservoir Pump Generator rated at 500 KW/ 625 volt, 3 phase 4 wire. ATS rated at 1,200 amps. DAF Building Generator rated at 400KW/ 500KVA, 480 Y/ 277 volts, 3 phase 4 wire. ATS rated at 1,000 amps. MBE : 4.0% WBE : 4.0% Bids will be opened at the time and place indicated in the Advertisement or Invitation to Bid and, unless obviously non-responsive, read aloud publicly. The apparent low bidder will not be evaluated and/or announced at bid opening. Bids will be evaluated, and all bidders will be supplied the bid summary information within five (5) business days after the date of the bid opening.
