All prospective vendors responding to this solicitation must utilize WMATA's Construction Project Management Software System (PMSS), Procore. WMATA is seeking the services of a Design Builder to complete the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of six (6) Station Platform rehabilitation projects located on the Green and Blue Lines. The Work includes complete design, demolition, rehabilitation and construction, testing, commissioning required for the rehabilitation of the following Metro Stations: C06 Arlington Cemetery; E07 West Hyattsville; E08 Prince Georges Plaza; E09 College Park;E10 Greenbelt and G03 Addison Road, as indicated in the RFP documents.
