The Handyman contract is for a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects on real property at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC and base satellite locations, as required, in support of the 11th Civil Engineering Squadron (11 CES). The Contractor is required to furnish all requirements including but not limited to materials, labor, plans, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management, quality assurance, and technical design support in accordance with the basic contract specifications and individual Handyman Task Order (TO) requirements. There will be an initial one (1) year ordering period with four (4), one (1) year option periods. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of the contract is $500.00. The awardees guaranteed minimum will be satisfied by attendance to the IDIQ Post-Award Conference. The initial project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The seed project will be awarded at time of funds availability. The total aggregate maximum amount expended under the entire IDIQ lifecycle will not exceed $9,999,999.99. Wage Determinations: All Davis Bacon wage rates will be specific to each subsequent task order under this contract. NOTE 1: The US Govt intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). Therefore, the offerors initial proposal should contain the offerors best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
