As January 5 2021 this project was approved, no word on the awarded bidder yet The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting proposals for the RELLIS Runway 35R Rehabilitation at the The Texas A&M University System RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas. The project will provide an asphalt overlay removal, concrete joint cleaning and sealing, pavement spall repair, pavement panel replacement, panel grinding, asphalt overlay installation, and any other requirements identified by the engineering team to bring the pavement to serviceable condition. The Work of this Contract comprises the general maintenance and rehabilitation of Runway 35R located on the RELLIS Campus for the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System. 91371-Maintenance And Repair, Highway And Road (To Include The Removal Of Asphalt, Concrete, Bitumens, Etc) 91395-Paving/Resurfacing, Highway And Road 96861-Pavement Marking Services (Including Removal Of Markings) 91362-Construction, Concrete, Pour-In-Place, Form, Place, Finish The Owner has determined that 425 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed should be sufficient time for performing all work including alternates in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other contract documents prepared by the A/E. The Owner has established a range of $4,200,000.00 to $4,500,000.00 CONSTRUCTION TIME: 425 calendar days 11.20% for heavy construction.
