Purchase of the Gilson and Humboldt Materials & Testing equipment and accessories as specified OR Approved Equivalent for the RELLIS Agriculture and Workforce Education Complex. The Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) is seeking bids for Gilson and Humboldt materials and testing equipment and accessories, as specified, for FPC Project 01-3270 - RELLIS Agriculture Workforce & Education Complex in Bryan, TX. While Gilson and Humboldt are the brands specified and desired, alternate items, upon approving they show demonstrated functional equivalency and/or will meet owners needs, may be considered. The manufacturer name, model/part number and description/specifications listed for each item are meant to be descriptive, not restrictive, unless stated otherwise. If not offering the exact manufacturer and model specified you must submit detailed specifications and product cut sheets/literature for the product offered to be used as part of our evaluation. Failure to submit this information with your bid response will be grounds for disqualification. Any deviations from the specifications listed will be used in the evaluation and the A&M System will determine if the product offered is to be considered an equivalent and acceptable to meet our needs.
