Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of January 24, 2022, construction is anticipated to commence today and will be complete December 2022. This is a request for proposals based on 100% CD's for RHS addition & a press box. We would like to ask that you provide separate pricing for both the press box and addition. This project is a 15,000 SF addition to the existing Rudder Highschool & a new press box. Other miscellaneous site improvements include: site lighting, MEP upgrades, and parking lot additions. Additional pre-bid information, such as parking instructions and exact site area meet up to be provided prior to pre-bid. All interested subcontractors and suppliers including Local, HUB, MBE, WBE AND SBE are encouraged to participate. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The Scope of Work shall consist of the construction of a new two-story, 400 square foot, site-built masonry press box and storage building on the existing football field at James E. Rudder High School, 3251 Austins Colony Parkway, Bryan, Texas 77808. Site improvements for the project include new chain-link fencing and a fire apparatus road.
